Job summary

ALDI USA seeks a Store Manager Trainee to lead daily store operations, develop a high-performing team and uphold ALDI standards. You will guide associates in customer service, merchandising, and safety while learning to drive results with hands-on leadership.

The role offers a 45-hour work week, a starting wage of $29.50 per hour, and ample opportunities for growth through ALDI’s industry-leading training program.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.
• Ability to develop rapport and lead teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Wlexibility to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPI goals.
• Plan and revise weekly schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee daily store operations: stocking, merchandising and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members and conduct performance discussions.
• Collaborate with district manager to resolve issues and drive results.
