ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn how to run a store with hands-on leadership experience. You will oversee daily operations, develop teams, stock and merchandize while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The program offers industry-leading training and growth, with a starting wage of $31.75 per hour and a potential year 1 earnings range of $94,000–$114,000, including salary and bonus where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provide recommendations to the district manager.
• Manage personnel, including promotions and terminations as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the store.
• Prepare, manage and revise weekly schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain store zone standards and merchandising standards at all times.
• Plan and conduct store team meetings and training sessions.
