Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPIs.
• Plan and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns with district support as needed.
• Interview candidates and recommend for advancement.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and safety regulations.
• Train and develop staff using company materials.
