Job summary

You will collaborate with seasoned leaders to ensure operational excellence and drive sales growth. Starting wage is $31.75 per hour with potential earnings up to $104,500 in Year 1 (salary plus bonus when applicable).

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail environment and prior management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads store personnel and develops staff to achieve results.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district leadership as needed.
• Interviews candidates and recommends hires for store positions.
