Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead teams, set expectations, and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to management.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination decisions as appropriate.

Education
