ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for its Store Manager Trainee program. The role develops skills to lead a store, delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive team environment.

You will train with experienced leaders to achieve operational excellence while supporting ALDI's values of simplicity, consistency, and responsibility. The program is full-time with an average of 45 hours per week, starting wage of $31.75 per hour, and potential earnings up to $112,000 in year

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail and management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel and communicates performance expectations.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager involvement as needed.
• Interviews candidates and provides recommendations to district manager.
• Manages personnel and advancement/termination processes.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Plans and conducts store team and management meetings and training sessions.
