ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn how to run a store through hands-on leadership experience. You will manage operations, develop teams, and drive results while working side-by-side with associates in a fast-paced environment.

The program starts with a starting wage of $29.50 per hour, with an earning potential of $83,000-$102,500 in year one (salary and bonus where applicable). Travel to multiple locations is required during training.

Competenze

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; leads store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and makes recommendations.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination decisions.
• Collaborates with ALDI personnel, customers, vendors and partners.
• Leads the team to achieve sales and KPI goals.
• Ensures store policies, safety, and compliance are followed.
