ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn operations, merchandising, and customer service while leading a team in a fast-paced store environment. You will participate in daily store operations, develop associates, and drive results under ALDI's industry-leading training program.

The role is full-time with an estimated 45 hours per week. Starting wage is $29.50 per hour, with Year 1 earning potential between $82,500 and $106,000 depending on location and bonuses where applicable.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience and management experience are beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates performance expectations.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations for advancement.
• Manages scheduling, inventory, and compliance with policies.
