Starting wage is $29.50 per hour, with an earning potential of $86,000–$106,500 in the first year, including salary and bonus where applicable; trainees train at multiple locations and travel within divisional

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve KPI goals.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Interviews candidates and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination decisions.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Trains and develops staff to reach professional potential.
• Plans and revises weekly schedules and manages labor costs.
