ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to develop the skills to run a store and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll work with experienced leaders to ensure operational excellence, great customer service, and a positive work culture across the store.

The program offers full-time hours (about 45 per week) with a starting wage of $29.50 per hour and the potential to earn up to $107,000 in the first year, including bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct reports: communicate expectations and lead store personnel to achieve results.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district support as needed.
• Interview candidates and recommend hires to the district manager.
• Manage personnel actions including promotions and terminations.
• Coordinate with ALDI teams and partners to maintain smooth operations.
• Lead team to drive sales, engage staff, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and federal/state/local regulations.
• Train store personnel using provided materials and monitor performance.
