Job summary

ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn the ropes of retail leadership in a fast-paced environment. You will work side-by-side with associates, manage operations, and drive results while stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

Starting wage is $31.75 per hour with a potential first-year earnings range of $93,000–$94,500, including applicable bonuses. This role requires travel within divisional requirements for full-time development.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older is required.
• Retail experience and prior management experience are preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve sales and KPI goals.
• Communicate responsibilities and expectations to direct reports.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager.
• Train and coach staff to maximize professional potential.
