ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead a fast-paced retail team. You will oversee daily operations, including stocking, merchandising, customer service, and standards compliance, while learning from industry-leading training and growth opportunities.

The role starts with a starting wage of $27.25 per hour and promises a clear path toward store ownership through hands-on leadership and consistent performance. Occasional travel within divisional requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to develop rapport, trust, and open communication that enhances the performance of direct reports.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; may require ServSafe or state certifications.

Responsabilités

• Direct reports: set expectations, lead and develop store personnel.
• Plan and execute action plans to improve operating results using provided resources.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns with support from district management.
• Interview candidates and recommend promotions or terminations as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, safety regulations, and customer service guidelines.
• Train and develop team to achieve KPIs and budgets.
