Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Delivering on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Solutions, and Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Lead and develop a diverse store team to ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Manage daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising to meet company standards.
• Train on budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating store processes; coordinate with District/Regional Managers to resolve issues.
