Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn duties of Store Manager role through hands-on training.
• Recruit, hire, develop, evaluate, discipline, and retain team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and foster a diverse, inclusive team.
• Schedule daily activities and manage store operations.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and budget monitoring.
• Train on paperwork, forecasting, payroll analysis, and budgets.
