Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining team members.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Add Value, Appreciate.
• Schedule, organize and plan daily activities for store operations.
