Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn and master the duties of a Store Manager. You will focus on delivering a Legendary Customer Experience, building a capable team, driving sales, and managing inventory and budget to support profitable store operations.

The role requires leading by example, coordinating with leadership, and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive store environment while meeting business goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma; Bachelors in Agriculture or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining team members.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, Appreciate customers.
• Schedule, organize, and plan daily activities to ensure efficient store operations.
• Lead team to provide a Legendary shopping experience and manage inventory and budget.
• Train on paperwork, invoicing, schedules, orders, and forecasting.
