Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming sectors preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural-Science or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining efficient team members.
