Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the duties of a Store Manager and develop the skills required to lead a team. You will focus on delivering a Legendary Customer Experience, building the team, driving sales, and managing inventory and store operations.

You will gain hands-on experience in scheduling, budgeting, personnel development, and process improvement while supporting a safe, inclusive environment for customers and Team Members.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Observe and learn duties for Store Manager role.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and drive sales.
• Assist in budgeting, inventory, and staffing processes.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure efficient store operations.
• Support district and regional managers to resolve issues.
