Responsibilities

• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to staff; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and executes action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations for advancement or termination.
• Leads and supervises teams to achieve sales and KPI targets while upholding store standards.
