This full-time role offers hands-on leadership training, a starting wage of $31.75 per hour, and year-one earning potential of $85,500–$100,000 including bonus where applicable.

Travel across divisional locations is required; expect a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities and strong company training.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Directs store personnel and sets performance expectations.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees employee and customer issue resolution with the district manager.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations.
• Ensures policy compliance and safety.
