Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a candidate to participate in a fast-tracked Store Manager development program. You will learn Walgreens’ operations across front-end and pharmacy and complete rotations to gain hands-on leadership experience.

Under the Store Manager, you will shadow daily operations, support store performance, and pursue certifications required for Store Manager eligibility, including pharmacy technician registration and PTCB as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Learns and implements Walgreens SOPs across store operations.
• Shadows Store Manager in planning, execution, and performance conversations.
