Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or high school diploma with 5 years management.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• PTCB Certification preferred.
• Managerial experience in retail/hospitality leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the store front-end and pharmacy under the Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager and gain experience in opening/closing shifts.
• Lead customer experience improvements through coaching and development.
• Support compliance, training, and performance management activities.
