Job summary

Walgreens is launching a rigorous accelerated development track to Store Manager, with hands-on learning across front-end and pharmacy operations. You’ll shadow the Store Manager, lead store activities, and complete classroom and on-the-job training to meet development milestones.

As part of the program, you will gain exposure to all SOPs, technology systems, and compliance requirements while pursuing pharmacist or technician registrations as required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store operation (front-end and pharmacy) under Store Manager.
• Learns Walgreens’ operations to lead “one-box” full store operations.
• Shadows Store Manager and supports learning journey and development plans.
