Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years retail management experience or equivalent.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days and weekends.
• Willingness to progress into Store Manager position and transfer within Walgreens assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow and assist in leading store operations during the learning journey.
• Contribute to opening/closing shifts and supervising staff and tasks.
