Job summary

Walgreens is offering a rigorous, accelerated Store Manager development track in the United States. Participants will learn Walgreens’ operations across front-end and pharmacy and complete rotations in multiple stores to gain hands-on experience.

Under Store Manager supervision, associates shadow leadership tasks, obtain required certifications, and prepare for permanent Store Manager assignments, with ongoing coaching from district and pharmacy operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years retail management experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to flexible schedule and transfer within Walgreens assets.

Responsibilities

• Shadows Store Manager and assists in leading store operations.
• Develops plans to improve business results and grow sales.
• Learns and implements compliance SOPs across front-end and pharmacy.
• Participates in rotations and on-the-job training across stores.
• Gains knowledge of assets protection, inventory management, and pricing.
