Lidl US is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for a team ranging from 15 to 60 employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, cash handling, stock management, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment in compliance with Lidl standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years of management experience and a bachelor’s degree OR 3–5 years of management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and conflict de-escalation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage store performance and team wellbeing for 15–60 employees based on store volume.
• Lead customer service and be the primary contact for customer needs.
• Monitor and drive improvement of store KPIs.
