Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of management experience required.
• 1–2 years of management experience with a bachelor’s degree OR 3–5 years of management experience required.
• Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products up to 50 pounds; physical work is part of the role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and well-being of the store and team members (15–60 employees) based on store volume.
• Provide outstanding customer service and serve as the lead point of contact for customer needs.
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement of store KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and develop the team.
• Provide hands-on support for operational tasks including cash handling, stocking, cleaning, and other store functions.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and productive working environment compliant with policies and procedures.
