Job summary

Lidl is seeking a District Manager in the United States to lead and develop store teams across a 3-5 store region. You will drive KPI performance through data analysis and hands-on coaching, ensuring alignment with Lidl’s high standards of value, quality, and customer experience.

You will manage a team of 9-15 Store Managers/Assistant Managers and must be willing to start early or work late, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in a management role.
• Able to analyze data and apply insights to store operations.
• Confident, decisive communicator who can motivate teams.
• Capable of setting ambitious goals and supporting employees to achieve them.
• Willing to learn, be hands-on, and lead strategy and planning.
• Able to lift/move 50 pounds and reach above 10 inches.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores regularly and set priorities with Store Managers.
• Own KPI results through data and coaching in stores.
• Direct responsibility for 3-5 stores with 9-15 Store/Assistant Managers.
• Create an environment for teams to perform their best.
• Coordinate and implement tests and projects to drive business.
