Job summary

Lidl US is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching the team and delivering Lidl’s high-quality, low-price shopping experience. You’ll drive store KPIs, lead promotions, and ensure daily operations including cash handling and merchandising are executed with excellence.

The role includes a hands-on, physically active schedule with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1-2 years of management experience OR a bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and stocking daily.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to reach full potential every day.
• Provide excellent customer service as the store's main contact.
• Monitor and drive improvement of store KPIs.
• Lead promotional sets and routine re-merchandising projects.
• Provide hands-on support for cash management, stock, cleaning and other tasks.
• Maintain a safe, positive, productive work environment per policies.
