ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead daily store operations, develop teams, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment. You will work side‑by‑side with associates, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store standards, while learning to run a store from the ground up.

The starting wage is $27.25 per hour with an earning potential of $79,000–$94,500 in year 1 (including salary and bonus where applicable).

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel and communicates expectations.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and recommends for advancement.
• Manages personnel including advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with policies and safety regulations.
