Walgreens Co. offers an accelerated Store Manager development program designed to learn all aspects of store operations, including front-end and pharmacy, under the Store Manager’s guidance.

Participants complete certifications and rotations within the learning plan to prepare for permanent assignments. The program emphasizes hands-on leadership, people management, and compliance with SOPs, while gaining exposure to asset protection, inventory, and community engagement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept assignment into a Store Manager position, if an assignment is offered.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.

• Lead store operations across front-end and pharmacy under Store Manager guidance.

• Shadow Store Manager to learn and supervise opening/closing shifts and tasks.
• Coach team members and drive customer service improvements.
