Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of retail management experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens stores within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations (front-end and pharmacy) under Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager to learn opening/closing shifts and task delegation.
• Support performance management and customer service improvements.
