Walgreens Co. is recruiting for a Store Manager-in-training role. You will learn Walgreens’ operations, shadow the Store Manager, and participate in accelerated development to assume Store Manager duties.

The program covers front-end and pharmacy operations, SOPs, and compliance while you rotate through stores to gain hands‑on leadership experience. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with retail management exposure and be prepared for a flexible schedule, including evenings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept assignment into a Store Manager position, if an assignment is offered.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation (front-end and pharmacy) of a Walgreens store under the Store Manager.
• Shadows Store Manager to lead store operations and develop team.
• Learns retail, pharmacy operations, and management through rotations.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and company policies.
