Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with retail management experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations and lead store activities under Store Manager guidance.
• Complete accelerated training and rotations to prepare for Store Manager role.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain exposure to opening/closing, merchandising, and loss prevention.
