Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years retail management experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking).
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow or assist Store Manager to lead front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Learn and implement Walgreens SOPs across store operations.
• Support development plans and rotations across stores.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve issues, and promote customer service standards.
• Assist in planning and executing merchandising, asset protection, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
