• Oversees store operation (front-end and pharmacy) under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadows Store Manager, gains experience in opening/closing tasks and staff delegation.
• Learns to analyze store and pharmacy performance and develop improvement plans.
• Supports compliance, loss prevention, and asset protection programs.
• Participates in training, development plans, and rotations across stores.
