Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead store across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager to supervise operations and teams.
• Support store operations by shadowing or assisting the Store Manager during the learning journey.
