Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or high school diploma with 5 years retail management.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.
• Willingness to accept assignment into a Store Manager position when offered.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager and assist in leading front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Develop action plans to improve store performance and customer service metrics.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and loss prevention programs across store operations.
• Engage customers and employees to deliver a positive experience and coach on service standards.
• Support the Store Manager in planning and executing store initiatives and staffing.
