Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept assignment into a Store Manager position and transfer within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation of the Walgreens store front-end and pharmacy under the Store Manager.
• Shadows Store Manager and assists in leading store operations during the learning journey.
• Participates in store performance planning, customer experience improvements, and compliance with SOPs.
