Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of the store's front-end and pharmacy under the Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager to learn opening/closing shifts and task delegation.
• Analyze performance data and support action plans to improve sales and reduce costs.
• Support asset protection and compliance with store policies and laws.
• Develop team through training, coaching, and performance conversations.
