Job summary

Your progress is tracked through development plans with the District Manager and Director of Pharmacy and Retail Operations to ensure readiness for permanent assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (in most locations).
• PTCB Certification is preferred for future certification steps.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store operations (front-end and pharmacy) under Store Manager.
• Shadows Store Manager to gain proficiency in opening/closing shifts and team supervision.
• Completes accelerated development track and earns required certifications for Store Manager role.
• Participates in classroom, online, and in-store rotations to meet learning objectives.
• Adheres to SOPs and upskills in compliance, inventory, and customer service.
