Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation of the Walgreens store under Store Manager guidance (front-end and pharmacy).
• Shadows Store Manager and participates in learning journey activities and performance conversations.
• Learns and implements SOPs across front-end and pharmacy; gains knowledge of store computer and technology systems.
