Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees in compliance with laws and policies; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address performance gaps or counseling.
• Suggest pay rates and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations regularly; lead meetings and events.
• Open/close the store consistently and ensure security and safety protocols.
• Analyze store performance and identify trends in sales, profitability, and shrink.
• Manage stock orders to meet in-stock targets and review weekly plans.
• Ensure proper merchandising presentation, pricing, and signage.
