Job summary

Responsibilities include open/close routines, coaching staff, controlling shrink, and ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail store operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies.
