Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team inside an Apple Store in the United States. You will guide coaching, development, and daily operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience and achievement of performance goals. You will work alongside peers to execute store strategies and uphold company values.

The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, recruiting and developing diverse talent, and maintaining high standards of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled.
• Be proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Have experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team who delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Participate in customer interactions with team members throughout the store to achieve performance goals and business priorities.
• Drive performance of key goals within assigned areas of the store and execute Apple’s strategies.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling good leadership.
• Plan and execute operational strategies within assigned functional areas to drive store performance goals.
• Maintain and uphold company policies andprotect assets and confidential information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
