Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across the store floor. You will actively participate in customer interactions with team members to achieve performance goals and deliver the Apple experience.

You will recruit, train, and retain diverse talent while driving business priorities, upholding policies, and modeling inclusive leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. Base pay ranges with eligibility for bonuses and relocation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading others in retail, sales, or related field.
• Schedule availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers and meeting business priorities.
• Drive business priorities and store performance by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned areas.
• Maintain and uphold company policies and protect assets including confidential information.
