Gorjana in San Francisco's Fillmore Street store is seeking a Store Manager to drive performance, people development, and a superior customer experience. You will lead KPIs, curate clienteling, and ensure visual standards align with the brand.

You will recruit and onboard talent, schedule to budget, manage inventory with precision, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service every day. The role offers an annual salary of $75,000–$85,000 with commission opportunities and comprehensive

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail leadership experience.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for 6 hours per shift.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance and KPIs.
• Serve as brand ambassador and educate customers about the brand and products.
• Develop action plans to improve store performance.
• Build new and repeat business through clienteling.
• Coach and develop team talent; recruit and onboard as needed.
• Ensure adherence to brand visual standards and updates.
• Manage daily store operations and scheduling within budget.
• Maintain inventory with detailed organization per SOPs.
