Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a Customer Service Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and serve as the on-site leader in the Florence service center. The CSL will mentor staff, uphold safety and compliance, and partner with technicians to ensure efficient, customer-focused service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in service and strong communication skills, with the ability to coach teammates and manage escalated issues during assigned hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service Advisors, model excellence, resolve complex issues.
• Be SME on products, services, and shop procedures, guiding customers and team.
• Act as key holder: open/close store, handle cash procedures, security.
