Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years Retail Management/Supervisory experience (thrift preferred).
• Must hold a valid Driver's license and have access to a motor vehicle.
• Must pass background check (Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry).
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, POS, inventory, donations and ARC merchandising standards.
• Supervise store personnel and cash handling in the Store Manager's absence.
• Monitor KPIs and drive sales/profitability within budget.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll records/time attendance.
• Develop and coach store team; provide performance feedback.
