Job summary

POP MART in Maine Mall seeks a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store, drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will own visual merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, and daily operations while upholding POP MART's premium brand and service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will recruit, train, and develop leaders, monitor KPIs, and execute product launches and promotions to maximize profitability and brand growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high‑volume, customer‑focused stores.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and operational excellence.
• Experience coaching and developing leaders and teams.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and business metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance, including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operations.
• Drive KPIs: sales, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction.
• Lead product launches, limited releases, and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and act as a brand ambassador for POP MART.
• Oversee scheduling, cash handling, inventory control, shipments, and store presentation.
